علاقة تمكين العاملين بالالتزام التنظيمي في المستشفيات الليبية - دراسة حالة: مستشفى المرج التعليمي

Abstract:
The study aimed to determine the level of each of the empowerment of employees and organizational commitment, as well as knowledge of the relationship and the impact of the dimensions employees empowerment in the organizational commitment of administrative staff Hospital almarj educational, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical data processing, and a questionnaire to collect data, The researcher conducted a comprehensive survey of the community study's 40 employees, and the study found that staff attitudes towards the empowerment of employees and organizational commitment was moderately, and the existence of a link and the impact of a moral obligation of every dimension of empowerment of employees and the level of organizational commitment in the hospital under study.
