<p>The research addresses the gap in studies concerning the duties, tools, and objectives of the spokesperson for the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The study aims to explore journalists' perceptions of the spokesperson and their role in delivering reliable and transparent information during crises, thereby contributing to the Iraqi and Arab academic literature on this topic. The research employs a survey methodology and designed a scale targeting journalists who regularly attend the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' press conferences and specialize in covering the ministry’s activities both domestically and internationally. <p>The study aimed to identify the factors affecting program production in radio stations in Benghazi, the degree of satisfaction of communicators, their suggestions to improve the quality of program production, and to identify the impact of some demographic factors on program production in these radio stations.</p> <p>The descriptive approach was used, specifically the method of surveying the communicator by questionnaire, on the program management managers in the radio stations under study, whose number reached 22 subjects, and the study concluded that the most important factors affecting program production, in order:</p> <ul> <li>Weak availability of technical capabilities.</li> <li>Weakness of human elements.</li> <li>Lack of training courses.</li> <li>The impact of regulations and laws regulating work.</li> <li>The program plan has a negative impact on production.</li> <li>Weak communication with the recipient.</li> <li>There are factors that negatively affect program production, but they are satisfied with their work in radio stations.</li> <li>There is a weak negative impact between the factors affecting program production and the satisfaction of the communicator with his work.</li> </ul>Khaled Saleh Al-Rubaie

<p>This study aimed to identify the role of media (social media and traditional media) in supporting the international coalition amidst the current political challenges. It also aimed to assess the credibility of the information provided by these media through their platforms from the point of view of the Libyan public. To achieve these contributions, the descriptive and quantitative approaches were initiated, using a tool as a basic tool to determine the data from a deliberate creation of 80 individuals from the Libyan public. The data were analyzed using SPSS, and the results showed that new and traditional media are an effective part of dedicated global support.</p>عبد الله سليمان أحمد مديقش

<p>This research was entitled: ("The Informative Role of Electronic Media Platforms in Crisis Management and Contribution to Resolution: A Field Study The objective is to understand the informative role of electronic media platforms in crisis management and their contribution to resolution, as perceived by media students in postgraduate studies at the Libyan Academy in Benghazi and Ajdabiya.</p> <p>The research community consists of all media students enrolled in postgraduate studies, totaling 145 students, with 95 of them from the Libyan Academy in Benghazi and 50 from the Academy in Ajdabiya. Due to the relatively small size of the community, they were studied using a comprehensive survey method.</p> <p>The research adopted a descriptive methodology, specifically focusing on survey study methods in its section related to audience analysis. The research relied on the measurement tool (questionnaire) to gather information. Among the key findings of the study are as follows :</p> <p>The study found that the research community is aligned and compatible with its topic, given their media specializations and academic levels, as they are media students in postgraduate studies at the Libyan Academy in Benghazi and Ajdabiya.</p> <p>The research results indicate that the informative role of platforms necessitates alignment between platform operators and crisis management operations officials. This alignment is crucial to unify efforts in uncovering the dimensions of the crisis, determining its effects and risks, and raising public awareness about it.</p> <p>One of the most important recommendations :</p> <p>The necessity to build a bridge of collaboration and connection between media outlets in general and social media platforms, in particular, and crisis management officials is crucial. This is to achieve a unified vision for dealing with crises.</p> <p>The necessity to open up space for media outlets, regardless of their types, to obtain information, facts, and data related to the crisis is essential.
