The right of speech was first guaranteed and in the wholly Quran (Chapter 17, Verse 53) for more than fourteen hundred years ago when all might Allah gave us an important advice telling us not to miss use freedom of speech and to utilize it for good reasons only, such as helping others, ending wars, making solutions and solving problems. This paper is mainly concerned with the importance of having negotiation skills and persuasion techniques especially in places like Libya and other countries which are aiming to overcome terrorism, instability, civil war, regional divisions. The author believes this can be done by using more civilized way that is based on using dialogue with mutual respect, good negotiation and persuasion skills that lead to real peaceful resolutions for achieving the same end in mind for all parties, taking in consideration listening to others before going to any decision making process. Furthermore, this paper will examine the relationship between negotiation strategy and persuasion skills implementation and how does that affect the final result. On the other hand, the author also aiming to help students, academics and related parties to understand how to simply communicate with others and why negotiation and persuasion skills and techniques are critically important in theory and practice with professional and polite manners, as well as, how to succeed while negotiating with others, how to handle other people different opinions and objections in order to be equipped with the right negotiation and persuasion tools, techniques, quality and different strategies to be able to resolve problems, make peace and to have a successful and healthy business environment.
