Guidelines for Journal Reviewers

Ensure the research is original and meets the established criteria of scientific research based on recognized scientific principles and methodologies, including comprehensiveness, thorough investigation, contribution to knowledge, methodological rigor, proper documentation, correct language, and precise expression.

Ensure the research has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere, nor extracted from any prior study, research, thesis, or dissertation. In all cases, please refer to the journal's general publication guidelines.

Determine the suitability of the research for publication in the journal, using the designated form, within a maximum of seven (7) days from the date of submission.

Adhere to ethical standards when evaluating scholarly work.

Maintain confidentiality and impartiality during the peer review process.

Indicate any breach of academic integrity (plagiarism) and cite the original source.

Maintain complete objectivity and impartiality, avoiding personal bias, when evaluating research.

Reviewers should not forward submitted papers to other reviewers for further review. The arbitrator has the right to reject the article if he feels that the article is not technically qualified, or if he cannot conduct the arbitration in a time appropriate to him, or if the article constitutes a conflict of interest with him.
