Policy for handling complaints and appeals against arbitrators' decisions
-The researcher is notified of the rejection of their research as soon as the reviewers' evaluation is received.
-Reasons for rejection are not initially sent, as the journal is not obligated to do so. However, in some cases, the journal may, at the request of researchers, provide reasons for rejection to ensure impartiality and transparency, and to state the reasons definitively and unequivocally.
-If the researcher appeals the reviewers' decision—in the event that reasons are not provided for special consideration—they may then be able to access the reasons for the rejection.
