Journal publication rules and conditions

General Conditions for Publication Acceptance:

The journal accepts research papers in both Arabic and English, provided they meet the following conditions:

The research must be original and adhere to the established principles of scientific research, including comprehensiveness, thorough investigation, contribution to knowledge, methodological rigor, proper documentation, correct language, and precise expression.

The research must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere, nor extracted from any prior study, research paper, thesis, or dissertation.

The research must adhere to formatting standards, including accurate figures and diagrams (if any), and be submitted as a Word document. The font size should be 12 (Sakkal Majalla) for Arabic and 12 (Times New Roman) for English. The paper should not exceed 30 pages, including footnotes and references.

Tables and figures must be correctly placed and include necessary headings and explanatory data. The dimensions of figures and tables should not exceed 11 cm on the page. The research must adhere to the rigorous documentation guidelines of the American Psychological Association (APA), utilize sources and references effectively, and include footnotes and a review at the end of the paper as follows:

-Sources and references should be cited by including the author's full name, followed by the publication date in brackets, then the title of the source or reference, followed by the name of the editor or translator, the publisher, the place of publication, and the page number.

The following should be observed for references:

-When using books as sources: Include the author's full name, followed by the publication date in brackets, then the book title (underlined), and finally the publisher, the place of publication, and the page number.

-When using journals as sources: Include the author's full name, followed by the publication date in brackets, the article title, the journal name (underlined), the volume number, the issue number, and the page numbers. The researcher should submit an abstract in both Arabic and English (100-150 words) outlining the methodology, objectives, and results.

-Five keywords should be included after the abstract.

-The journal reserves the right to format the research and highlight its titles in accordance with its publication style.

Publication Procedures:

All materials should be submitted via the online submission form.

The research paper should be submitted electronically as a Word document or on a CD to the journal's address listed below. The submission should include the researcher's name, academic title, place of work, field of study, and email address.

An electronic summary of the researcher's CV should be included, including the researcher's full address, home and work phone numbers, fax number (if available), and a mailing address to facilitate communication. A printed copy of the research paper should also be sent to authors whose papers are accepted. If a research paper is initially accepted, it will be reviewed by expert reviewers in the field. These reviewers are selected confidentially, and the researcher's name and information are not disclosed to them. The reviewers will assess the originality of the research, its scientific value, and the researcher's adherence to established methodology. They will also determine whether the research is suitable for publication in the journal.

The researcher will be notified of the decision regarding the suitability of their research for publication within one month of the submission date, along with the publication date and the issue number in which the research will appear.

If the reviewers provide feedback, this feedback will be sent to the researcher for necessary revisions, which must be returned to the journal within one month.

Research papers that are not accepted for publication will not be returned to the researchers.

The ideas expressed in published studies, research papers, and presentations reflect the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of the journal.

No material published in the journal may be republished without prior permission from the journal's editorial board. All materials published in the magazine are subject to intellectual property rights law, and anyone who steals any material published in the magazine will be subject to legal action.
