الملخص

تمثل القدرة على كتابة مراجعة أدبية فعالة مهارة أساسية حاسمة للنجاح في الحياة الأكاديمية وربما حتى المهنية، وتتطلب هذه المهارة مجموعة من المهارات المتكاملة التي تتجاوز مجرد القدرة على جمع المعلومات، فالباحث يحتاج إلى القدرة على تحديد موضوع البحث، والبحث عن المصادر المناسبة، وتحليل البيانات بشكل نقدي، وتقديم النتائج بشكل واضح ومنطقي، وغالبًا ما يكون كل ذلك ضمن نطاق زمني محدود، وفي هذا السياق يواجه العديد من البحاث وخاصة الجدد صعوبات كبيرة في إتقان هذه المهارة، التي غالبًا ما تكون بسبب الافتقار إلى التدريب الكافي على هذه المهارات، مما يزيد من صعوبة هذه المهمة، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى سد الفجوة المعرفية لدى البحاث الجدد في مجال العلوم الإدارية والمالية، والعلوم الاجتماعية بشكل عام، وذلك من خلال تقديم دليل شامل بالخطوات والقواعد الأساسية التي يجب وضعها في الاعتبار لتطوير مراجعة أدبية متكاملة، ويتناول هذا الدليل الخطوات الأساسية لتخطيط وتنفيذ وكتابة المراجعة الأدبية، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأخطاء الشائعة التي يجب تجنبها، والمعايير الأخلاقية التي يجب مراعاتها.
