Conditions and regulations for writing research

. The submitted work must be original in idea and methodology, prepared in accordance with the formal and substantive methodological standards recognized in modern academic studies.

  1. The work must not have been previously published, submitted for publication elsewhere, nor derived from any prior study, research, thesis, or dissertation.
  2. Submitted works undergo confidential evaluation by qualified experts specialized in the relevant field. The work is returned to the author if revision or refinement is required.
  3. The journal reserves the right to determine publication priority according to its publication plan, the importance of the work, and relevant circumstances related to the journal’s specialization.
  4. The work must include the author’s name and be accompanied by a brief summary of their biography, affiliation, and previous publications.
  5. Submitted works are subject to legal rules regarding moral responsibility and intellectual property. The opinions expressed solely reflect those of the author and do not necessarily represent the position or policy of the journal.
  6. The work must be submitted in two copies. The journal does not return any submitted work, whether published or not. If published, the author is not permitted to republish the work elsewhere.
  7. The research should be typed in a Word file using font size 14 for Arabic text (Simplified Arabic font) and size 12 for English text (Times New Roman Arabic font).
  8. The total length should preferably not exceed 25 pages, including margins, references, images, and any illustrative material.
  9. References must be automatically arranged at the end of the paper according to the author’s name, e.g.: Siraj Muhammad Ahmed, Guarantee of Aggression in Islamic Jurisprudence, Dar Al-Thaqafa, Cairo, First Edition, 1990.
  10. The paper must include abstracts in both Arabic and English, not exceeding 150 words each, and contain five relevant keywords.
  11. References at the end of the paper must be alphabetically arranged for both Arabic and foreign sources.
