Responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief

• Manage and supervise the editorial team, issuing comments and guidance to researchers to improve the journal workflow.
• Ensure neutrality, transparency, and absence of conflict of interest among researchers, reviewers, and editors.
• Accept submissions transparently and fairly, considering the academic merit of researchers.
• Provide authors with sufficient opportunity to appeal or complain about review outcomes, verifying all objections.
