About the Journal

  • A peer-reviewed, free, biannual scientific journal published twice a year in June and December, issued by the Faculty of Law / University of Benghazi.
  • The journal focuses on legal, judicial, and Sharia research and studies in various fields of law including public law, private law, international law, and Sharia, characterized by modernity and innovation, keeping pace with scientific and practical developments linked to urgent real-world needs.
  • The journal accepts research papers in Arabic, English, and French.
  • Each issue publishes approximately six to seven research papers.
  • The journal uses plagiarism and similarity detection software provided by Crossref Check Similarity and iThenticate.
  • Each published article is assigned a unique digital object identifier (DOI)
