How to Arbitrate

It is directed confidentially; Neither the name of the researcher nor the name of the arbitrator is known through it.
The research will be referred to two arbitrators from the same specialty if you are looking into one specialization of law, and if you are looking for a comparison between two specializations of law, it will be referred to your court for each specialization.
In the event that the research is rejected by one of the arbitrators, the research is referred to a third arbitrator to decide on the suitability of the research for publication in the journal. However, in the event that the research is rejected by all the arbitrators, there is no need to present the research to a third arbitrator.
The academic degree is obtained for both the publication applicant and the referee so that the academic degree of the referee is higher than that of the publication applicant. In the event of equal academic degrees, the research is given to the referee who is the first to obtain the academic degree (in the case of the academic degree of the professor).
