The rights of illegal migrant workers"Study in light of the provisions of the 1990 International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families"

Abstract

The research is entitled "The Rights of Illegal Migrant Workers" A Study in Light of the Provisions of the International Convention on the Rights of Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families of 1990. It is illegal, and the research will focus on specific points, including:
1- The legal status of migrant workers who are in an illegal situation in accordance with the provisions of the relevant agreement
2- Indication of the responsibility of the countries (source, transit, work) in case these rights are violated.
3- Study the Libyan case according to the decisions issued by the committee.
4- The extent of the Libyan state's commitment to the relevant provisions of the agreement.
These and other paragraphs will be dealt with according to a bilateral plan, in two sections, the first topic: under the title of
the legal system for protecting the rights of illegal migrant workers, and the second topic: we deal with guarantees for the protection of the rights of illegal migrant workers, and we conclude this with the most important findings and recommendations.
