Statement of Intellectual Property Rights

Scientific works submitted for publication in the Journal become the property of the Journal, regardless of whether they are ultimately published. The Journal is under no obligation to return such works to their respective authors. Furthermore, the Editorial Board retains the exclusive authority to categorize accepted works and allocate their publication across the Journal's issues as it deems appropriate, including oversight of ordering, formatting, and the determination of publication dates.
