Submission Preparation Requirements

  • As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure their manuscripts comply with all of the following criteria; consequently, submissions failing to adhere to these standards may be rejected.
  • The work has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another scientific journal (unless a formal justification has been submitted to the Editorial Board in the comments section).
    • The submission file is provided in one of the following formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect.
  • Where applicable, active URLs for cited references have been included (hyperlinked to the respective web addresses).
  1. Text is single-spaced, using a 12-point font size, employing italics rather than underlining (with the exception of URL addresses). All illustrations, figures, and tables are integrated within the text at their relevant points of reference rather than clustered at the end of the file.
  2. The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements stipulated in the "Author Guidelines" located in the journal's introductory section on this website.
  3. Research papers, studies, and presentations must be submitted in correct, linguistically proofread Arabic. Formatting: (Simplified Arabic) for Arabic text (Body: 12pt, Headings: 14pt Bold); (Times New Roman) for English text and abstracts (Body: 12pt, Headings: 14pt). Line spacing is set at 1.5. Manuscripts must not exceed 35 pages. Margins: 3cm (top/bottom) and 2.5cm (sides). Files must be submitted as separate PDF and Word documents.
  4. Every submission must be accompanied by abstracts in both Arabic and English, including keywords, provided in separate PDF and Word files.
  5. The title page must include: the author's name, the research title in both Arabic and English, institutional affiliation, academic rank, and contact information (institutional email preferred).
  6. The journal requires three hard copies of the research along with an electronic version on CD (PDF and Word formats). For authors unable to access the journal's physical headquarters, the electronic versions in both aforementioned formats will suffice.
  7. Documentation must follow the (Harvard) referencing style within the body and the final reference list. Citations and footnotes are indicated by sequential numerals in the text, and the list is presented sequentially at the end of the paper, regardless of alphabetical order.
  8. All research is subject to scientific peer review; rejected manuscripts are not returned to the authors.
  9. Researchers are committed to organizing the paper according to standard methodological protocols: The title (maximum 15 words) appears on the first page, followed by: Introduction (Problem statement, Objectives, Questions/Hypotheses), Methodology, Population and Sample, Spatiotemporal Scope, Data Collection Instruments, Conceptual Definitions, Procedures and Applications, Literature Review, Data Analysis and Interpretation (with statistical tables), General Findings and Recommendations, and the Reference List ordered by sequence of citation in the text.
