استخدام مدخل الأداء المتوازن في قياس جودة أداء الجامعات في ليبيا دراسة تطبيقية على جامعة بنغازي
Abstract
الهدف الرئيس لهذا البحث هو استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (Balanced Scorecard (BSC بوصفها مدخلاً إدارياً حديثاً لقياس جودة أداء جامعة بنغازي ، مع استعراض لمفهومه وأبعاده ومتطلبات تطبيقه
وقد أجري هذا البحث من وجهة نظر إدارة الجامعة، وتوصل إلى نتائج تفيد بأن نموذج قياس الأداء المتوازن يعتبر أداة كافية نسبياً لقياس جودة الأداء في جامعة بنغازي ، وأن جودة أداء الجامعة من منظور الأداء المالي غير مرضية ، وفيما يخص وجهات النظر الثلاث الأخرى المتمثلة في العميل، والعمليات الداخلية، والتعلم والنمو، فإن جودة أداء الجامعة تعتبر مرضية نسبياً.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يوصى البحث بإجراء مزيد من الأبحاث مستقبلا لتطبيق النموذج على مستوى قطاع الخدمات التعليم ، البنوك ، المستشفيات مع اقتراح إضافة بعض المناظير الأخرى . كذلك تكثيف البرامج والدورات التدريبية المتعلقة بنشر ثقافة الجودة ، وكيفية استخدام مقياس الأداء المتوازن في الجامعة
