التأثير التكنولوجي على علم المعاجم: دراسة عن فوائد القواميس الإلكترونية مقارنة بالقواميس الورقية

ان القواميس التقليدية الورقية تواجه عدت مصاعب، تشمل هذه المصاعب عدة أمور منها مساحات القاموس المحدودة وعدم وجود تفسيرات شاملة لمعني الكلمات داخل القاموس. وقد واجه مبتكرو القواميس الإلكترونية هذه التحديات، بهدف تقديم حلول لهذه المشاكل التي طال أمدها. الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو استكشاف تأثير التكنولوجيا في علم المعاجم، ورؤية كيف تعامل مؤيدي المعاجم الإلكترونية مع قيود القواميس الورقية التقليدية. بالإضافة إلى دراسة وجهات نظر الطلاب من قسم اللغة الإنجليزية ومواقفهم تجاه استخدام القواميس الإلكترونية والقواميس الورقية.
شارك في هذه الدراسة 83 طالباً وطالبة من طلاب اللغة الإنجليزية، وتم الوصول إلى العينة المستهدفة من خلال استمارة جوجل بمساعدة رؤساء أقسام اللغة الإنجليزية من مختلف كليات جامعة بنغازي: كلية الآداب والعلوم - فرع الأبيار وفرع المرج وكلية التربية - بنغازي.
كان هدف الاستبانة هو اكتشاف أراء المشاركين، تجاه جوانب مختلفة، بما في ذلك نوع القواميس التي يفضلون استخدامها وما هي مزايا وعيوب كل نوع من القواميس. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تفضيل قوي للقواميس الإلكترونية بين المشاركين، وفقًا للمشاركين، تعد القواميس الإلكترونية أكثر مرونة وديناميكية ويسهل الوصول إليها، إلا أنهم يعترفون أيضًا بأن القواميس الورقية لا تزال تحمل بعض القيمة خاصة فيما يتعلق بحقيقة القواميس الورقية تعتبر مصدر موثوق وآمن من أي عطل قد يرافق التكنولوجيا.
