Terms and Conditions of Publication (Publishing Agreeme)

Under this Agreement:

· Authors retain copyright to their work, granting the platform a non-exclusive license to publish and make the work available under the CC BY 4.0 license.
· The author affirms that the manuscript is original and is not under review elsewhere.
· If the manuscript contains material owned by third parties, the author bears responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions.
· The platform has the right to archive, distribute, and index the work in international databases.
