The level of perceived organizational support among employees at the College of Arts and Sciences in Qamnes and its relationship to organizational citizenship behavior

The current study aimed to identify the level of organizational support perceived by employees at the College of Arts and Sciences/Qaminis, and the level of organizational citizenship behavior among employees from their point of view, as well as to reveal whether there is a correlation between organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior as perceived by employees at the College of Arts and Sciences/Qaminis. And to reveal whether there is a difference between the responses of members of the research community regarding the level of perceived organizational support and the level of organizational citizenship behavior, which can be attributed to the variables (academic qualification - years of experience). The descriptive, correlational approach was also used, and the study also used a questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of (34) individuals After using statistical methods, the study concluded that the level of perceived organizational support among employees at the College of Arts and Sciences, Qaminis, was at a low level, and the level of organizational citizenship behavior among employees at the College of Arts and Sciences, Qaminis, was at a moderate level. The results also concluded that there was a correlation between perceived organizational support and And organizational citizenship behavior among employees at the College of Arts and Sciences / Qaminis. The results also showed that there is no difference between the responses of members of the research community regarding the level of perceived organizational support and the level of organizational citizenship behavior that can be attributed to the variables (academic qualification - years of experience).
