The current study aimed to determine the requirements for the application of comprehensive quality management at the University of Benghazi from the point of view of the staff faculty members in light of the variables of the gender, scientific qualification, specialization, and professional experience. The study was conducted on a simple random sample of (310) staff faculty members during the academic year (2019-2020). The government's policy of "strengthening the state of the environment" is a fundamental right. The results of the study indicated that, the requirements for the application of the comprehensive quality management of the University of Benghazi from the point of view of the staff faculty member in its overall came to a low degree. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the fields of study (leadership, development of the performance of university staff, programs and curricula, university and society); while there were statistically significant differences in (the areas of vision, mission, goals, and staff faculty members). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the requirements for the application of comprehensive quality management at the University of Benghazi from the point of view of faculty members to the variables of the study (gender, scientific qualification, and specialization). Moreover, there is no statistically significant correlation between the requirements for applying comprehensive quality management at Benghazi University from the point of view of faculty members and the variable of experience.
