الملخص

The Marinyan state was founded in the far west on the ruins of Al-Muwaheddin state in 669 AH / 1269 AD, when the first of Bani Marin's sultans named Abo Youssif Yakoub Ibn Abdulhuq Almarini (656 AH / 1259 AD), managed to put an end to the rule of Al-Muwaheddin and to occupy their capital Morocco. The far west countries, during Bani Marin rule, has witnessed a remarkable literary activity, and achieved a great scientific progress, specially in history as being a subject that caught the attention of Moroccan scientists at that time, as such era was an era of genius historians who were particularly interested in the Moroccan history since the Islamic conquest in the 18th century a.h. / 14th century AD. one of these scientists wrote about the general Islamic northwest history, starting from the Arab conquest until the middle of the 7th century / 13th AD, and whose name was Ibn Adaari Al-Marrakeshi who wrote the book entitled (( Al-Bayan Al-Maghrib fe Akhbar Al-Maghrib Wa Al-Andalus, and Ibn Khaldoun (697 AH /1297 AD) in his book titled ((Nodum Al-Sullouk fe Al-Anbiyaa wa Al-Khulafaa wa Al-Mulook)) in which he concentrated on Bani Marin's ancestries and the translation of Bani Marin kings, and before that in the history of the cities and countries, of far west historians in the reign of Bani Marin, and before that Ibn Abi Zarea (641 AH / 1340 AD) in his book entitled (Al-Anees Al-Mutrib Beraud Al-Qurtass fe Akhbar Al-Andalus wa Al-Maghrib wa Madinat Fass). One of the most important features which distinguished the historical writing in this era is the participation of the literary, doctrine and philosophical figures in history writing, as the writer, jurist and philosopher wrote about nations, persons, countries and great figures, they even wrote about history in general, biographies, translations, programs, local history, countries, cities and informed about geography and places, in addition to the art of journey of all types.
