Abstract

Study of evaluation for universities considers the first important step in stages of develop
high education. If this operation has done in write picture and inclusive to all aspects of
performance the faulty can know the points of power and weaken the first need to support
and the procedural plans to improvement in the work. And these borrower debtor presents a
method to measure important aspect is the teacher at the high no that the improvement of
teacher performance consider an important element for scientific and academy develop the
paper includes five measures:
I. Programs of studies
II. Planning of education.
III. Carrying out of education.
IV. Methods of evaluation for students.
V. Commitment of moral ethical j0b.
VI. The continually development and society service.

With this borrower debtor the teacher can do an evaluation hem self and the team of
quality at faculty and university also can use it.
