Abstract

highlight the potential of the region in terms of natural resources, specifically of
mineral and water resources to determine the most appropriate human uses for the
comprehensive briefing to the problems and issues associated with these resources in
the study, thus thinking in the pattern of effective development in the region, it is
necessary to diagnose the reality of the situation, the aim is to identify their own
possibilities, and obstacles, and knowledge available qualifications at both the
infrastructure or on the level of utilization of mineral and water resources and the
Organization of all development activities to prevent attrition and threatening the
sustainability must be the adoption of a model to determine the information that the
State party should resort to the development of the study area in particular the Green
Mountain in general through the series of changes affecting various aspects of Life in
the region, so this is a serial of totalitarianism, regularity, and leads to raise the
performance of the work and the rational use of natural resources and human
resources and the diversification of the economic foundations of the inhabitants of the
study area and to improve the economic statue, social and cultural rights. In this
capacity, will this development to raise the attractiveness of life and work in the
region.
