This study aimed to know the role of the School Manager and Education inspector in the development and teaching of sketching course from the teachers' point of view .The currently study used the descriptive method. The sample included (170) teachers, representing 27% of study society. This study used questioner which counting (22) items divided into two scopes school administration and education inspections. The study used several statistical methods (Cronbach's alpha coefficient, arithmetic mean, Standard deviation and T test).The study revealed that the School Manager and education inspector play important role in inspector in the development and teaching of sketching course and the most important role was in favorer of the School Manager. Additionally, the results indicated that there is no statistically significant difference among teachers in terms of the gender and years of experience variables.
