Abstract

I chose this topic for reasons including : that the Arab state has faced since the time of
the Prophet and the Caliph Abu Bakr . Religious movements rebounds , he came out for
the sovereignty of the state, to achieve its objectives in power and prestige Mstgliyn
tribal status. The significance of the topic to clarify the power of the Islamic leadership
in addressing the combative legitimacy of the state and bring them back to the fold of
Islam by the sword. Despite the importance of the subject , however, marred by mystery
novels and exaggerations , because history without late in the Abbasid era , but as we
exclude all Arabic poetry. The study aims precisely to clarify the right of the legitimate
authority of the Arab state in maintaining the building of Islam and the Arab state
against external in the name of religion. And it followed the historical narrative and
