Abstract

Misunderstanding resulting from lack or conflict of information or poor communication process or making quick and inaccurate decisions. 2 - despair and frustration due to high cost of living, low wages, poor physical environment of work and unfair distribution of incentives. 3 - malicious rumors. 5. Multiple planned crises where some competing business organizations (private clinics) have played a major role in causing crises in the internal systems of public health centers.
