Author Right

After an article is published, the authors have the right to scholarly usage and to share their article under the Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) (e.g. stored in institutional repository or posted on their own blog or social media profile). The authors will be requested to fill out a ‘Journal Publishing Agreement’ once the article is approved. A confirmation email, along with the ‘Journal Publishing Agreement’ form or a link to its online version, will be sent to the corresponding author. The author needs to sign the form before publication to non-exclusively authorize the publication and distribution rights to the " Journal of Legal studies ". The authors also need to agree that if the article is accepted for publication, it will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) International License.
