The role of the Shariah policy in dealing with sedition as it happens: AL-juwayni as a model

This study discussed the concept of Shariah policy, its use, criteria and fields.The study also examined the meaning of sedition and the reasons for its emergence.The study illustrated the Sharia criteria in dealing with seditions as they happen.The study also presented several examples of sedition by Imam al-Juwayni" and the most significant processes in dealing with it.The study reached several results, the most important of which are: Sharia policy enables the state to develop an action plan to eliminate sedition and reduce its effects without exceeding the principle legitimacy or violating human rights. The study also warned that exceeding the provisions of Sharia in providing solutions at the time of sedition is a reason for exacerbating crises.
