Humans rights and social and space justice in Libya between reality and expectancy Focusing on humans rights and freedom should be considered comprehensively because the legal system can not be segregated. There for the economical social and cultural rights are no less important than the political and civil rights.
The value added to the human rights lies with in the integrated vision of the past violations, so we can put forward mechanisms that can treat corruption to establish a democratic system that protects rights and takes care of the fundamental freedoms and respects principles of equality, equal opportunities and non - discrimination either between individuals or groups or regions.
To achieve national reconciliation and peace our goal is to apply transitional justice. This requires consideration of the legislative system through the upcoming constitution and its ability to respond to international covenants.
