Dimensions of functional empowerment and its relationship to organizational loyalty among faculty members at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Qamens

The study aimed to identify the level of application of the dimensions of empowerment and career and the level of organizational loyalty in the College of Arts and Sciences Qamens, and whether there is a correlation between them or not. The questionnaire as a tool for collecting data on the study population, and for the purpose of analyzing the data collected on the study population, the statistical package (SPSS) was used, where frequencies and percentages were calculated to describe the characteristics of the study members. The cut-off scale was also designed to find out the level of application of the dimensions of functional empowerment and the level of organizational loyalty prevailing in the College of Arts and Sciences Qamens, and the standard deviations and arithmetic averages were calculated to know the level of application of the dimensions of job empowerment, and the level of organizational loyalty prevailing in the College of Arts and Sciences Qamens, as well as to find out whether there is Differences in opinions among the respondents, and Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated to see if there is a relationship between the level of application of the dimensions of functional empowerment and the level of organizational loyalty among faculty members at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Qamenis. The study found that the level of application of the dimensions of functional empowerment and the level of organizational loyalty prevail The faculty members of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Qmenis was high.
