The People living in poorer villages suffer the most because of the lack of livelihood and the absence of a
living or job other than agriculture. Some people also have difficulty living on a daily basis because there
are no resources to help them with the demands of life and income to help them with daily life and living
with their families, The main focus of this research is to monitor the issue of rural poverty in Aswan
Province, in terms of the lack and decline of income levels, the prevalence of unemployment, the increase
in the proportion of uneducated people, the prevalence of ates among the majority of the population of the
village, the poor distribution of income and the decline in the level of public services, This has resulted in
the decline in housing levels, the emergence and spread of diseases and the decline in the health level, by
studying the evolution of the national poverty rate and comparing it with poverty in tribal areas, and by
analysing the geographical dimensions of the problem of the poorest Qari in Aswan province, applying
poverty indicators for the poorest Qari in Aswan province.
