Requirements for the application of the electronic archiving system in the courts (a case study of courts in the municipalities of Qamens and Slouq)

The adoption of organizations to save their documents and documents in a safe and fast manner is one of the indicators of job flexibility, which in turn works to preserve the organization’s data and thus preserve rights. In this regard, electronic archiving is on top of this trend. This study, which is characterized by the requirements of the electronic archiving system in the courts in the two towns of Qumins Siluq, highlights the dimensions of this proposition, as the study aimed to clarify the requirements for adopting and applying this perception and for that, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach and the study sample size reached 50 individuals, and the study used the statistical package SPSS.V25 The results of the analysis concluded that there were no statistically significant differences between individuals of the sample. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is a statement of the importance of electronic archiving in court circles for the speed and safety of documenting and documenting documents, especially that inactive documents are considered a burden on the administration.
