Self-care skills in promoting well-being and psychological resilience of high school students in the Gaza Strip

The aim of the research was to identify the philosophical basis of self- care in improving the psychological compatibility of students, revealing the benefits resulting from self-care skills in the educational process for students, identifying the role of self-care in relieving psychological pressures for high school students, revealing the role of self-care in promoting the psychological well-being and resilience of high school students, identifying ways to activate and integrate self-care skills into the guidance interventions of high school students. The researchers relied on the methodology of library research by reviewing scientific sources and previous studies and stability according to their field experience in answering questions. The study reached a set of recommendations to integrate self-care activities into the daily school life of students through Group and individual counseling meetings, building the personality of high school students are the cornerstone because building his personality is one of the most difficult tasks because he cannot express the feelings and feelings that are going on himself for many reasons due to shame and psychological and educational pressures, anxiety about the future
