Ore (ALrekaz) and its reflection on antiquities

ALREKAZ (ORE) it is concentrated in the earth such as money, gold silver or others . Its considered a total money taken without coast or trouble . one- fifth of the booty shall be taken from him for whoever find it, and the rest shall be taken by the ruler or the governor of the country, and It shall be placed among the money of the Muslims, but if it is found in Muslim country, then ZAKAT is obligatory on it first, then it is handed over to the ruler . at the present time, the methods of obtaining it must be by excavating it with the correct scientific methodology in terms of documentation and study . It is considered public money for the state and should be not be disposed of or tampered with in terms of the motives of the prohibition and the legal consequences around it .
