Evaluating the job performance of managers and principals of middle education shools in AL-Marg city from the point of view of the principals themselves and their mentors

This study aimed to know the job performance of principals of middle education schools in Al-Marj city by researching some of the management functions, which are planning, organizing and directing, through knowing the opinions of the managers themselves in their performance and knowing the opinions of mentors who visit schools to carry out the tasks of guidance for teachers in those schools and friction The work of these managers.
The study community consisted of administrators who run these schools as well as mentors who provide guidance in those schools and due to the limitations of the studied community, the researcher used the comprehensive survey method, whether for directors or mentors, and the number of directors was 12 directors and directors, including 7 females and 5 males, and the mentor community consisted of 68 mentors, 20 of whom were females and 48 Males.
The researcher used a questionnaire that was divided into three axes: planning, organizing and directing. Each axis has 11 paragraphs, and alternatives to the answer have been developed, which are (agree - disagree - see) according to the triple scale.
The validity and consistency of the form was performed. The form was distributed to the community of managers and the community of mentors. 11 forms were retrieved from managers and one was lost. Also, 61 forms were retrieved from the mentors and 7 were lost .
The study presented the following results:
1-schoolmasters,in the intermediaeducation use the job of planning great deal .
2-schoolmasters in the intermediate education ,use gob organization in an average way.
3-Schoolmasters ,in the intermediate education,use job of instruction in a less manner.
4-The clear impact of the variables of the scientific qualification and experience in performance of the higher qualification and mor experience.
