Article Processing Charges(APC) Policy

BUCPS does not charge readers any fees for accessing content. Regarding publication fees for research articles, these are determined in agreement with the organizing committee of each conference and are clearly announced on the conference page prior to the start of paper submissions. These fees are used solely to cover the costs of publication, indexing, and technical maintenance. Authors from least-developed countries may be eligible for fee waivers under special agreements, when applicable.
