Conference Research Participation Requirements

1. The research must be original, not previously published, nor submitted to another conference.
2. It must be directly related to the conference tracks and provide a clear scientific or applied contribution.
3. The paper must be written in proper academic language (Arabic or English), adhering to academic methodology and respecting scientific integrity in documenting references and sources.
4. For Arabic papers: font Traditional Arabic, size 14 (titles 16), line spacing 1.15. For English papers: font Times New Roman, size 12 (titles 14), line spacing 1.5.
5. The paper must include a scientific abstract of no less than 150 words and no more than 250 words.
6. Papers must be submitted in Word format according to the template approved by the Scientific Committee.
7. Authors must adhere to the IEEE citation style for all references both in-text and in the reference list.
8. he full paper must not exceed 25 pages, including tables and appendices.
9. A brief CV of the researcher/research team with contact details must be attached.
10. All papers will undergo scientific peer review by the specialized committee, and authors will be notified of the results within 30 days.
11.Researchers must commit to attending in person or virtually to present their papers in the allocated sessions.

13.Researchers with previously published work in one of the conference tracks may participate to highlight their contributions only.
14.Abstract submission deadline: end of November.
15.Full paper submission for review deadline: end of January.
16.Final paper submission after review: 15 March 2026.
17. When the research is received, it will be checked for plagiarism, and if any is found, the research will be rejected right away.
