Removal and Retraction Policy

Withdrawal and Retraction Policy of the University of Benghazi Conference Proceedings Series (BUCPS) Platform

No published paper shall be withdrawn or retracted from the BUCPS platform except on the basis of an official documented request, signed by the Conference Chair or the Chair of the Scientific Committee of the concerned conference. The document must clearly state the justifications for the withdrawal or retraction, which include, but are not limited to, substantial scientific errors, copyright infringement, or plagiarism. The request shall be assessed by the platform's publishing team, and upon approval, an official notice shall be published indicating the reason for the withdrawal or retraction and describing the action taken. An internal confidential log shall be maintained for all submitted requests and the decisions issued regarding them, for purposes of documentation and future reference.
