Scope of the Publishing Series

The University of Benghazi Conference Proceedings Series (BUCPS) platform provides services for publishing the proceedings of scientific conferences held under the auspices of the University of Benghazi or in collaboration with it. The role of the (BUCPS) platform is limited to electronic publication, indexing, and distribution, whereas all responsibilities pertaining to peer-review, review, and editing fall entirely upon the scientific and organizing committees of each conference. Furthermore, the (BUCPS) platform bears no responsibility for the scientific content of the research papers, and the committees and authors are held accountable for the accuracy of the information contained therein, provided that the conferences are accredited by an official decree from the President of the University of Benghazi or the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
