مواءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي مع متطلبات سوق العمل: دراسة تحليلية

This study aims to explore the relationship between university graduates’ competencies and labor market requirements in Libyan universities, focusing on five main dimensions: cognitive and technical competencies, personal and social competencies, practical experience and training, curriculum design and its linkage to the labor market, and market requirements as the dependent variable. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using a sample of 41 academic leaders, faculty members, and labor market managers. Data were collected through a standardized questionnaire. The results revealed that curriculum design and its alignment with labor market needs had the strongest positive impact on graduates’ readiness, followed by practical experience and training. Cognitive, personal, and social competencies had indirect effects by enhancing self-motivation, digital skills, and the ability to benefit from practical training. The study highlights the integration of personal, practical, and technical skills in improving graduate employability and presents a comprehensive analytical model linking educational outcomes to labor market needs, providing insights for developing academic and training programs.
