Post-Publication Amendments Policy
The Journal is fully committed to maintaining the absolute integrity and stability of the scholarly record of published research. Accordingly, the Journal actively participates in the Crossmark initiative by the international organization Crossref. This service provides readers with a standardized and reliable method to verify the current status of a research paper, allowing them to determine if any subsequent amendments have occurred with a single click on the Crossmark logo on either the PDF version or the article's webpage.
Digital Update Tools and Regulations
The Journal adopts the official metadata updates approved within the Crossref system to address post-publication changes. These updates are managed in accordance with international standards and guidelines through the following core categories:
- Corrigendum: Issued to address significant, unintentional errors discovered by the authors after publication. These are errors that may affect the reading and understanding of specific data without compromising the overall credibility or conclusions of the research.
- Erratum: Issued to rectify material, typographical, or technical errors introduced accidentally by the Journal during the typesetting, layout, or digital production processes.
- Expression of Concern: A temporary notice issued in cases of serious suspicion regarding research misconduct or data fabrication where internal or institutional investigations are still ongoing, or when relevant external institutions fail to cooperate with the inquiry.
Retraction: Enforced when the findings are proven to be entirely unreliable due to a grave error, blatant plagiarism, or duplicate publication. In such instances, to safeguard scientific integrity, the article remains available within the scholarly record, but is prominently marked with a distinct red "RETRACTED" watermark across all pages of the PDF file
