Authors' Rights and Responsibilities
1. Scientific Excellence, Integrity, and Quality:
Researchers must demonstrate excellence, integrity, and high scholarly quality when selecting research topics and methodologies. It is the researcher's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data presented. Furthermore, authors must obtain the necessary institutional ethical clearance/approval if the study involves human subjects or raises ethical issues related to the research population.
2. Academic Honesty and Scholarly Contribution:
Researchers are required to uphold academic honesty, precision, and clarity. They should prioritize topics that offer a genuine scholarly addition to their respective fields, maximize the intellectual and cultural value of scientific research, and actively contribute to enriching global knowledge.
3. Ethical Execution and Harm Mitigation:
Researchers have the right to conduct studies and publish their findings, provided it is done in a manner that causes no harm to participants or affected parties. Authors must make every effort to mitigate any unintended or adverse consequences of their work. They must also take reasonable steps to rectify any errors identified post-publication and accept full responsibility for the outcomes of their research activities.
4. Compliance with Copyright and Publication Policies:
Researchers must respect the journal's copyright policies and strictly avoid duplicate, redundant, or parallel submissions without explicitly notifying and obtaining formal permission from the journal.
5. Transparency and Acknowledgement of Contributions:
Researchers must maintain absolute transparency regarding their research practices and peer interactions. This includes data collection, analysis, and the publication of results. Proper acknowledgement must be given to all direct and indirect contributions made by colleagues, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
6. Research Misconduct:
Researchers are strictly prohibited from engaging in plagiarism, piracy, data falsification, or fabrication of results at any stage of the research or publication process.
7. Protection of Intellectual Property:
The journal safeguards the author's intellectual and cognitive rights. The unauthorized use or misappropriation of the research data in any form without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Right to Notifications:
Authors have the right to receive an official Letter of Acceptance once their research successfully passes the peer-review stage, and they shall be promptly notified upon its final publication.
9. Manuscript Withdrawal:
Authors retain the right to withdraw their submitted manuscript in the event of an unjustified publication delay, provided they formally notify the Editorial Board and obtain prior written consent for the withdrawal.
10. Post-Publication Sharing and Self-Archiving:
Following official publication, authors are entitled to share their articles (e.g., archiving in an institutional repository, posting on personal blogs, or sharing via academic and social media networks) and utilize them for scholarly purposes in compliance with the journal’s designated Creative Commons license.
