All scholarly works submitted for publication shall become the property of the journal, whether published or not. The journal is under no obligation to return submitted manuscripts to their authors. Furthermore, the Editorial Board reserves the exclusive authority to categorize accepted works and allocate them to journal issues as it deems appropriate, including the arrangement, formatting, and determination of publication dates.
