This study deals with a conceptualization of an applied model of public relations in the health sector, as this study aims to identify the administrative and organizational aspects and methods of practicing public relations in some hospitals and health centers of the health sector in Benghazi. As well as the weakness and shortcomings of the public relations systems in public hospitals in the administrative and organizational aspects and the methods of their practice in public hospitals, which directly affects their performance.
In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach in the manner of survey studies, where the researcher used this approach to identify the current reality of the public relations profession in public hospitals in Benghazi, using the practice methods survey method, which is concerned with studying the administrative and organizational aspects, objectives and activities of public relations and its workforce.
In order to get acquainted with the actual applied reality of this job.
Therefore, the researcher carried out a comprehensive survey of the practices of public relations employees in hospitals and public health centers in order to reveal the extent to which these hospitals and health centers practice the public relations function in its actual form.
