This study aims to identify the level of organizational culture and its dimensions (Organizational values, Organizational beliefs, Organizational norms, Organizational expectations), and its relationship to the effectiveness of organizational conflict management in public hospitals operating in the city of Benghazi. To achieve the objectives of the study and test the hypotheses, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire form as the main tool in data collection. The study population consist of all (95) senior and middle directors. The researcher studied it completely using the comprehensive inventory method, and also used the Statistical Package Program (spps) in data analysis. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: the level of organizational culture has been high, the degree of effectiveness of organizational conflict management has been medium, and there is a strong correlation between organizational culture and the effectiveness of organizational conflict management, the study also revealed a strong correlation between organizational culture dimensions (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms and organizational expectations) and the effectiveness of organizational conflict management. The study presented a set of recommendations that will hopefully contribute to enhancing the role of organizational culture in increasing the effectiveness of organizational conflict management in public hospitals operating in the city of Benghazi.
