Today organizations face challenges as a result of factors and variables that are critical to the environment around their business, such as trade liberalization, globalization, competition, intellectual capital ownership, information technology, quality programs, and size of organizations. As a result, organizations are in a different business environment than in previous periods. To cope with these changes, organizations today seek to adopt the best, most effective management methods to improve their operations, increase productivity, improve the quality of products and services, enhance the efficiency of the employee's performance, and ultimately achieve administrative effectiveness.
This research aimed to clarify what is the concept of employees empowerment and the importance of its application to both managers and employees, its elements, components, application, and its role in achieving organization effectiveness. For this aim, a descriptive approach was used to analyze the relevant research concepts. Based on the theoretical concepts and principles of employees empowerment, the research results were a set of implications and recommendations that management of organizations should focus on in the processes of managing, developing the performance of its employees, and improving its performance and effectiveness. Thus, it can achieve competitive advantage, growth, and survival.
