The main objective of this study was to clarify the role of judicial governance in enhancing financial integrity in order to reduce financial corruption. In order to answer the questions and test the hypotheses of the research, the researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach in clarifying and clarifying the theoretical aspect through previous studies, Analysis of the results of the applied study and the testing of hypotheses using the statistical program (SPSS). The questionnaire was distributed after being evaluated and arbitrated by a number of specialists on the research community composed of account experts, and the financial arbitrators enrolled in the records of the 122 Libyan and Palestinian courts of first instance.The results also showed that account experts and financial arbitrators enrolled in the Libyan and Palestinian courts of first instance confirm that the application of judicial governance is one of the most important mechanisms to combat financial corruption, a strategic requirement and an important enhancement of the integrity associated with financial performance. The study also recommended the end of the political division in Libya and Palestine to enable the establishment of a judicial system capable of implementing judicial governance to help solve and resolve judicial and financial disputes.
