Abstract

The problem of this study lies in the weakness of the optimal use of information technology in Libyan commercial banks - leading to negative effect on achieving the objectives of stakeholders in these banks. Accordingly, this study aimed to verify the impact of use of information technology on achieving the objectives of stakeholders in Libyan public commercial banks. The main findings of the study showed that there is a significant impact of information technology on achieving the objectives of stakeholders in the banks under study. In addition, the study confirmed that it is necessary to pay attention to the technological infrastructure and financial support in order to increase the efficiency of the talent, experience and knowledge of administrative and technical work - related banking.
