The problem with the study in the lack of awareness among managers of organizations industrial Libyan in understanding the role and importance of the practices of strategic leadership in promoting the degree of organizational trust, and thus study aimed to identify the role of the practices of strategic leadership in the degree of organizational trust for workers, has the study concluded that the presence of significant relationship differences between the practices of strategic leadership and the degree of confidence in the regulatory and came the most important recommendations that senior management should be given more attention to these practices because of its effect on the degree of organizational trust for two years, these organizations so that they are part of their policies and programs
