The role of the social security fund confronting the corona pandemic 'A field study on a sample of employees of the security services office, Benghazi city of eastern Benghazi'

Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the role of the Social Security Fund in facing the Corona pandemic, and to achieve this , the descriptive analytical approach was relied, and a field study was conducted on a sample of the employees of the Benghazi Security Services Office of the East Benghazi Branch. The study reached a number of results, including:  The Fund is a governmental institution that operates in accordance with the legal legislation in force in the Libyan state, and also the Fund has worked to provide the best security services in light of the conditions of the Corona pandemic through daily follow-ups to the workflow.  And the sterilization of the buildings in which they work, as well as the Fund’s keenness to develop future plans to confront the pandemic through the actuarial studies department. The employees’ commitment to the precautionary measures was clear evidence of their awareness of the risks of the pandemic, for the Fund has a positive role in facing the pandemic.
