Abstract

It’s especially working in the field of infrastructure and in the public utilities for developing countries within the framework, where is a partnership between the public and private sectors.

                        In his study, the researcher followed the comparative analytical descriptive approach, and the study came in five demands, and the study ended with a number of results and recommendations included in the conclusion of the research; Including: Encouraging boot contracts as contracts that contribute to the development of the infrastructure in the country and the development of its public facilities in pursuit of development, in order to achieve the public interest. from entering into bot contracts. The study also recommends the need to expedite the development of a law to regulate boot contracts because of their great importance and role in achieving economic development.
